INFORMATION CLAUSE for people participating in the recruitment process / contractors / contractors running a sole proprietorship

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) I inform that:

2. the purpose of processing your personal data is depend on the case for processing your personal data: in the case of recruitment, it will be your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of recruitment; in the case of handling your asking, taking action at the request of the person whose data apply, prior to the conclusion of the contract, after the conclusion of the contract, the relevant regulations contained in the contract and legal obligations incumbent on us; in the case of video monitoring used by us to ensure the safety of persons and property, appropriate legal regulations;

3. Your personal data is stored for the time necessary for the purpose of processing: in the case of sending a CV until the end of the recruitment process; in the case of providing information about our services, preparation and negotiation of an offer up to 12 months after the end of this process; in the case of providing services or making by purchase us in accordance with the period specified in the contract or in the relevant legal regulations, such as the statutory period of keeping the documentation of sales and purchase documents or the warranty period; in the case of video monitoring used by us for the purposes of ensuring the safety of persons and property - up to 6 days.

4. We would like to emphasize, that we do not collect information about You beyond the limit of the information that was provided to us in the course of handling your requests and inquiries personally or by your superiors and/or associates, or beyond those required to conclude a contract, correct implementation and documentation.

5. The recipients of your personal data may be our trusted business partners and service providers (such as a law firm), but any possible transfer of your personal data will be related only to our current activities, and the working methods we adopt, handling your inquiries or providing services/deliveries , and the recipients of your personal data do not receive consent to use the data entrusted for processing for their own purposes. The recipients of your data may also be entities and institutions to which the data is transferred due to legal obligations imposed on us or it is required for the proper performance of contracts (e.g. tax offices).

6. Your personal data is not transferred to a third country/international organization;.

7. You have the right to: access your data, to correct, to delete, to limit processing, to transfer data, to bring the object, to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
